Cancellation policy

You can cancel any session at no charge. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum notice period right now. If this ever changes, we will update this page and it will only apply to bookings made after the change.

• Log in, open your account page, find the booking and choose "Cancel session" or "Change time or notes".
• Or message us on WhatsApp.

If you pick a new time, the booking goes back to us for confirmation and you will receive a new email within 24 hours.

Your tutor sets time aside for you, and another student may want the slot. If you know you cannot make it, telling us 24 hours ahead is a real help. Repeated no-shows without any notice may mean we ask you to confirm future sessions more carefully, but you will still not be charged for a session that did not happen.

If your tutor is ill or something urgent comes up, we will tell you as early as we can and offer the next available time. You are never charged for a session we cancel.

If you are late, the session still ends at the planned time when another student is booked after you. If your tutor is late, the time is made up or the price is reduced to match.

You pay after the session, so there is normally nothing to refund. If you have paid and were not happy, tell us within 24 hours of the session for a full refund.
